The Londonderry Township Historical Committee invites you to join us at Manor Presbyterian Church, 505 Street Road (Rt. 926), Cochranville, PA on Saturday, September 26, 202026 as we celebrate our Nation’s 250thAnniversary.
Beginning at 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Janet Witman and Brandywine Harps will present a “Patriotic Tribute with Brandywine Harps” in the sanctuary.
Bring your chairs and/or blankets and enjoy a light lunch outside from 12:00 – 1:00 provided by the Londonderry Township Historical Committee.
From 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Charlie Zahm and Tad Marks will celebrate with “The Liberty Tree”. An unforgettable concert sharing songs and stories that inspired a young Nation.
We will then go outside for an ice cream social.
Within walking distance from the parking lot, you will be given the opportunity to visit Faggs Manor Cemetery where six Revolutionary War Patriots are buried. A Revolutionary War Patriot will greet everyone to share history of the War and those who fought for our young Nation. You will also hear the special sound of a piper playing to honor the Patriots.
September 26, 2026, promises to be a day of wonderful music and stories celebrating the 250th Anniversary of our Great Nation!!
