The PennDOT project team recently completed the Draft Preliminary Alternatives Analysis Reports for both the PA 926 and PA 841 intersections with PA 41. These reports were developed based on the recent studies and include public input gained from workshops on the preliminary alternatives. The conclusions of the reports provide a list of alternatives to be carried forward into detailed studies. During detailed studies, these alternatives will be fine-tuned to minimize environmental impacts and to address public comment.
Copies of the Draft Preliminary Alternatives Analysis Reports are in the Township for public review during normal office hours. The Township Municipal Building hours are from 10:00 AM through 1:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. The Township Building is closed on Friday. The Reports are also available on the PennDOT Project website at www.pa41.com. Please review these Reports and provide comments. Written comments should be submitted by March 20, 2015.
Once public comment is received, a Final Preliminary Alternatives Analysis will be developed and the project will move into the detailed studies phase.
